On the train back to Paris - I fly home in the morning. I bring Poundcake the goat with me everywhere now in the form of my favorite pin on my favorite jacket. She was a special goat and I like to think that she would have loved Paris and Amsterdam. Both Mur and I are still so sorry she’s gone. We named her Gretchen because she looks just like a girl version of Gretsch. We have named the kitten Leo Hickman. Welcome Gretchen and Leo Hickman! (Also, we promise to Gretchen spayed and get her all her shots very soon. If you stranded @ashbyfrank and me on a desert island, we’d be perfectly delighted because there would be shellfish there and we probably wouldn’t work very hard to make it back to the mainland. There’s been this 3rd cat coming around lately and @adamspickoftheday kept telling me he was sure it was a girl and I was all, how can you possibly know that, we only ever see her from a distance, mostly running away and he was all, I can totally tell. And I was all, whatever.
