One of my students wanted a Christmas song today, because you know, it’s November. So I came up with this little double stop-y version of Good King Wenceslas. I used to play this out of my mom’s “Christmas Carols for Piano” book that (I’m almost positive) still sits in the piano bench with the lift-up storage compartment at her house. I used to love getting that little book out and playing through those classic songs. Forgive me for the out of tune double third finger right there at the end.
